Best time to get pregnant

To put it very simply, the best time to get pregnant or the best time of the month to make love in order to get pregnant is the time when you are ovulating. More specifically, immediately before ovulation occurs.

The only trick to getting pregnant is to make sure that there is sperm present at the moment of ovulation.

This is of course over simplifying the issue somewhat
but essentially it is the crux of the matter.

There are many other factor that come into pla as well... Basic health, i.e no smoking, eating healthily no drinking or drugtaking etc. When this is combined with a generally stress free environment and a happy and easy life then the chances of becoming pregnant when making love at ovulation time will increase enormously.

Don-t smoke.. Not only does it damage your unborn child it also will reduce your chances of becoming pregnant.

If you do smoke and you plan to give up when you get prengnant then think again... smoking does the most damage to the fetus in the first few days after conception than at any other time during the pregnancy.

If you smoke then you should stop before even trying to get pregnant.

You will be grateful once you have.

Another point to bear in mind is that frequent male ejaculation will reduce the sperm count. Around the time of ovulation is is suggested that you only make love once every two days or so. Bear in mind that the sperm can live inside a womans body for 4 days and still be capable of fertilization.
