Your ACTIONS May Be to Blame for Your Wrinkles...
An old Irish curse says, "the end of the feast is frowning."
At the end of excesses comes frowning at all those unsightly face wrinkles.
So when those facial lines begin to appear, or even before crow's feet land around your eyes, take a look at the excesses in your life that will end up translating into wrinkles and always make sure you start a good skin care regimen.
If you need another reason to stop smoking, do it for your face. Smoking inhibits blood flow, which is needed to restore skill cells. Drinking alcohol, coffee and other high caffeine stimulant drinks are added chemical stressors.
Speaking of drinking, even if your glass holds calcium-fortified milk, don't use a soda straw. Sipping through a straw creates the same facial muscle overuse as smoking. Sun worshippers and tanning bed addicts are trading a fashionable image for long term wrinkle problems.
A wide brimmed had or visor may not look cool, but the shade on your face prevents ultraviolet ray damage.
Spending time in outdoor sports, construction work or gardening are basically healthy activities as long as you use high SPF sunscreen and effectively cleanse and moisturize your face daily.
Living in a cold climate exposes your face to wind and drying indoor heat. Combat these winter weather problems by applying anti aging creams and moisturizer twice daily as needed.
Regardless of the weather, smile! Because frowning produces wrinkles, too!

Just Say No to More Sun if You Want to Wipe Out Wrinkles Forever!
Sun exposure is definitely one of those "too much of a good thing" problems. You need regular doses of fresh air and sunshine for physical as well as emotional well-being, but how much is too much?Skin care products are good at helping restore your skin's health, but you have to take a proactive approach, too.
Think about the person you've seen with a dark tan on their skin that looks like leather - that's a classic example of too much. Excessive tanning places you at risk for skin cancer. That's just a risk, but you can guarantee that too much sun exposure is guaranteed to cause wrinkles.
Do you have to give up the beach to save your skin? No, you just have to be smart about your sun exposure. Don't walk out of the door without high SPF sunscreen. Avoid going out during midday when the ultraviolet rays are most intense.Instead, go to the beach or pool in morning or late afternoon. Wear a hat or visor to shade your face and get some large sunglasses that protect skin around the eyes. Tanning beds aren't safer than sun bathing.
Repeated tanning can damage your skin. If you just have to have a tan, get spray on sunless tanner that washes off over time. You get the look you want without setting your face up for wrinkles that won't go away. Make sure you invest in a skin care product that will provide anti aging protection at all times.

Hydrate Your Skin for a Softer, Smoother Appearance
Skin is the largest organ of your body.Did you know that? Your skin is an organ!
Just as the rest of your body needs water to live, your skin needs hydration with more than the water that runs over your face in the shower. Healthy skin requires regular hydration from the inside and outside.
Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water daily is ideal for health. Skin cells need moisture from within to remain supple. No amount of water splashed onto the skin can make as much difference as keeping body fluids at the right level.
However, after a bath or shower, slather on moisturizer to your face for a double boost while the skin is still damp. Limit the time your skin is exposed to hot water when you're in the shower.Gentle steam rising from the bath can open facial pores without shocking them. Choose your soaps carefully and never use body soap on your face. Use only facial cleanser that is suited for your skin type - dry, oily or sensitive.
Dry skin needs specially formulated anti aging moisturizers and cleansers to re-hydrate the skin's surface and reduce flaking.
Dry skin needs re-application of moisturizer twice daily - or more if exposed to heat, wind or sun.A hydrated face is a happy face that's less prone to wrinkles...

The mechanics of anti-aging
An article by Wikipedia
Anti-aging addresses how to prevent, slow, or reverse the effects of aging and help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. It includes scientific research and applications in genetic engineering, tissue engineering, and other medical advances, e.g., finding treatments and cures for Alzheimer's disease. It includes anti-aging psychology, e.g., coping skills for resiliently handling change, stress, and aging. Life extension is the part of anti-aging focused on living as long as possible.
The anti-aging marketplace includes nutrition, physical fitness, skin care, hormone replacements, vitamins, supplements, and herbs. Alternative medicine and holistic approaches have often been an incubator for approaches initially shunned by traditional medicine.
