Finally Ready To Get In Shape...But Not Sure Where to Start?
For as long as I can remember, I've experimented with different types of workouts. I've done them all -- aerobics classes, step class, dance class, yoga, salsa, african dance, mat pilates, machine pilates, personal training, strength training, running...the list goes on. It took me some time to realize that this is the type of person I am. I like trying new things and putting them together to make my own unique program.Today, I teach pilates in the studio and to at home clients. I always tell them that I like to fuse together traditional strength training work with pilates. But the fusion doesn't even stop there! My mat pilates clients always get a taste for reformer class exercises modified to be done on the mat!
I know that I'm not alone in the search for that 1 program that has it all. Recently, I think I found my total go to workout. I won't tell you what that is right now, but I will say that when you find your perfect workout, you'll know. You won't be able to shut up about it to anyone and you'll probably be so excited about when others ask you what you've been doing!
