You Can Find the Best Calorie Burning Exercises and Enjoy Doing It!
They work best when you are constantly surprising your body and switching up the work outs.
This means that you can avoid that exercises road block that happens when someone keeps doing something over and over. This is both boring and does not adequately challenge your body (this means it stops burning as many calories)
With these exercises, you can really control how long you can exercise since you will be mixing high intensity cardio burst with weight/body lifting exercises. This means that you can still squeeze in a work out (even at you house!) if you have 15 minutes to work out.
These exercises are intense which keep both your mind and body working strong.
Have fun with them!
My best tip: Get an exercise buddy. I started working out on a regular basis when my friend and I starting meeting at the gym. Not wanting to stand her up got me up and off to the gym in a way I've never done before.

The Ingredients to Burning the Most Calories
Strength training + Cardio + Repeat!
More Muscles = More Calories Burned all the time
Why Weight Training is Good for You
Two of my favorite:
1) Look good now. It doesn't matter how much you weigh...looking toned makes a lot of difference.
2) It burns lots of calories, even after, when you're just sitting on your couch. Weight training boosts your metabolism long after you're done with the work out. Therefore, you burn more calories overall! It's a wonderful process.
My Favorite Calorie Blasting Workout

1) Bike at 7-8 rpe for 2 minutes.
2) Do 20 squats
3) 50 jumping jacks
4) 10 push ups
5) 20 explosive lunges (lunge with one leg, push yourself up off the floor and switch legs in mid-air and land in a squat with the other leg)
6) 20 over head presses with a pair of dumb bells (start with the weights just above you shoulders and press up until your arms are extended. The first time, angle the weights so that your palm point towards each other. The next press up, rotate your shoulders so the backs of your hands face each other. Alternate each time)
Repeat this exercise 4-5 times and I guarantee that you'll be burning some serious calories!
Here's my favorite link:

Wednesday:Bike 15 minutes, run 10, 15 min. on elliptical machine.

Friday: Do alternating high paced cardio and weight lifting.
Saturday: Run for 30 minutes. Do push ups, squats, abs for 20 minutes. Bike for 15 more.

Repeat. Mix up the days. Keep it fun.
High Paced Cardio Exercise Equipment
High paced cardio exercises include doing
1) sprints
2) jumping jacks
3) jump roping
4) doing squats with weights
5) high knees
6) running stairs
7) step aerobics
8) biking
9)swimming
10) Anything that elevates your heart rate!
All of these exercises are conducive to doing in short intervals that you can then intersperse with weight/body lifting exercises.
I've included some gear that will get you ready for these kinds of exercises!
Best Strength Training Equipments
They'll be your best friend...after your work out!
I've had some of the best calorie burning exercises without touching a cardio machine.
These are MUCH MUCH MUCH better than those weight machines at your gym.
They will give you FUNCTIONAL strength so that you will build muscles in the groups that they actually work in.
You will feel much stronger after doing these since they do not isolate the muscles and cause you to do the motions you do often in your every day life.
Fetching new data from eBay now... please stand byGetting on the Exercise Ball
I has substituted it for a chair at my desk when I'm doing work which helps me tone my core and strengthen my leg muscles as I do work.
I also have found lots of exercises on the internet (and made up some of my own!) to do on the exercise ball at any time of the day.
I usually wake up the next day to find large groups of muscles are sore which is usually good news since it is best not to isolate muscle groups but to work as many as you can in one exercise.

You're Never Too Old to Start Weight Training!
Best Cardio Machines
These are by no means the most expensive cardio machines. You don't have to spend a lot of money to get the benefits of them though. They do, however, pay for themselves once you consider gym fees, etc.
Fat Burning Blog
This is a great blog that has really good information on how to get the most out of your calorie burning exercises and to get rid of unwanted fat.
Some of the tips and exercises are very inventive (my personal trainer was a big fan!) but some entries are just your standard kick in the pants. (Those are super important too!)

- This is a great lens! I've always hated working out, and struggled to find ways of enjoying it. This definitely clued me in to some lesser known ways that I can enjoy my workout now. Thanks!
