    My problem is double trouble -- I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat chicken AND I don't really like vegetables/salad. I know, crazy. What do I eat? Carbs, carbs and more carbs. Actually, right now I'm on a pretty steady beans and rice diet in Brazil, and I'm starting to write about my travels here on Squidoo. Thanks for a nice lens!

    I used to work at Timmies, which turned me off from chicken salad alltogether, but now I think your lens has changed my mind and i'll be trying it

    Nice Lens. I'm going to try this. I've been looking for a nice chicken salad for a long time. The two tips I definitely must try, the broccoli cole slaw and the chipotle dressing. Thanks for the info!

    I have eaten mostly green salads and now I have graduated to meat salads, like tuna salad, chicken salad and turkey salads.

    I don't have a good stomach when I eat chicken, but I am contemplating trying pork chop (that other white meat!) salad... We don't have broccoli slaw overseas. But maybe I will add something else... I make a chicken salad for my family that focuses on dill, preferably fresh, walnuts and raising in a white dressing. It's not bad either (but I can't eat it. I save some of the sauce for vegetables).

    yes, i will try it. we had a costume ball party last saturday and all i want to eat now is salad to take the extra pounds i gained while raiding the buffet table. i think chicken is lean if it is naked (no skin). blessings for this yummylicious lens.

    I don't like salad in general but I do like like Chinese Chicken salad and this recipe resembles it and looks yummy. Plus I have a George Foreman Grill already & I always see Briana's salad dressings at the store! Looking forward to making and enjoying it! (Plus my hubby loves salad!) You may make a salad lover out of me yet!
