Not to mention if your body thinks it's starving it slows down even more and you will plateau. Eating well is the best way you can take care of yourself and show your body some love. BEING "BUSY" DOESN'T MEAN YOU' RE ACTIVE

We get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget we aren't actually being active and exercising. Ideally we should be doing some sort of activity 30-40 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. The key is to find something you enjoy doing, then it won't seem like such a chore. I can tell you there will be days you won't want to do it, but we have to be consistent in order to achieve our goals. So my biggest advise here is "do it even when you don't feel like it". Chances are when you are done you're activity you will be feeling so good you won't even remember the moaning and procrastinating you did before actually doing it!:) It will get easier to keep active as you go because of how great you are starting to feel and look!
