Best Exercises to Lose Weight - Do At Your Desk

You don't have to go to the gym or walk the dog or ride a bike - the best exercise to lose weight is right in front of you right now.

For the past 23 days I have been on a weight loss campaign. When I started I weighed 189 pounds. This morning I weighed 183 pounds. I have lost 6 pounds in just over 3 weeks. Hallelujah! My weight loss method works.

A few months ago I had to lose weight because my cholesterol was too high. One challenge was that I work long hours, because I love what I do, so I have very little time for going out to exercise. I solved it by working out a series of exercises I can do while sitting in front of my computer.

These are exercises I can even do on a train or a bus, in a meeting at a party. They're so simple to do yet they certainly seem to burn calories.

I have just started doing the exercises again after a lay-off of a few months and I can feel the muscle tone coming back already after only three days.

In the video lower down this lens I explain a bit more about these weight loss exercises and what they do for you. I give a demonstration of what you have to do to so that you can understand how easy it is to get into an exercise regime. 

The other important point that I learned as I was engaged in my campaign to lose weight is that you must program your mind. You have to know how to picture yourself slim (and sexy), determined and strong-minded.

With these Desk Exercises I am Losing Weight Every Week 

OK so it is only week one of my current weight loss campaign, but the weight is falling off already.

In the first three days I have lost three pounds. I don't expect to keep up this rate of weight loss over the coming weeks and months, but it is a good start.

When you first start a weight loss campaign and you eat less, you lose water from your body. That means that you will lose 2 - 4 pounds in the first day or two.

After that you need to stick to it. You need to take in fewer calories by eating less and eating lower calorie foods. But let me reassure you that you don't have to eat a lot less.

Then you need to exercise more to burn off more calories. These desk exercises are ideal because you don't have to waste time traveling to a gym or elsewhere to exercise. You can even exercise as you browse the Internet.

I do the complete round of exercises twice a day. Each round takes me about 15 minutes. I spend no more than 30 minutes a day exercising, often while I am doing something else at the same time.

OK, so you have to ingest fewer calories and burn more calories; in order to do that you have to program your mind for weight loss. That's where my Magic Hats come to your aid.
