What really is the best fat burning exercise?
What is the best fat burning exercise? That really is the burning question when you want to lose weight quickly and easily and you also want to know how to do it in the least amount of time. Most likely, you also want to learn some fat burning tips. that will show you how to burn the biggest amount of fat with the least amount of work.
It seems that so many of us these days simply do not have an hour or two each and every day to do good fat burning workouts. So that means you have to put together a fat burning program that will not take too much time but that you will be able to do at least 5-6 times per week.
Among one of the best fat burning exercises (if not the best) is actually walking. However, you still need to take other factors into account if you really want to begin to lose weight quickly and above all, to keep it off for good.
Contrary to popular belief, running is not the best fat burning exercise because while you may burn more calories, you will not be burning as many fat calories as you will if you choose to walk at a steady, moderate pace.
Fat Burning Tips To Help You Burn Fat And Gain Muscle
What's so great about walking?
One of the first things you should know is that the reason walking is actually the best fat burning exercise is because when you walk consistently at a moderate to fast pace for at least 30 minutes, your entire body will be burning fat calories. What that means is that while stomach fat is going to be the hardest to lose, when you walk, you are still burning fat calories in your stomach as well as the rest of your body.If you can walk for an hour per day 5-6 days per week, that would be the ideal fat burning program but as I said earlier, most of us simply do not have the time or the energy to get up and walk every day for that amount of time. Still, if you really want to start burning fat and losing weight, you will have to walk or do aerobics of some kind for a minimum of 30 minutes per day.
Aerobics is another one of the best fat burning exercises and walking at a fast pace can actually be considered a form of aerobics so if you can put together a routine where you are able to walk or do some type of aerobic exercise at least 5-6 days per week, you will more than likely begin to see some results but this can be a slow process.
You will also want to take into consideration, the foods that you eat and begin to learn more about fat burning foods and low calorie diets. Obviously, the more calories you choose to take in, the more calories you are going to have to burn off in order to lose weight.
Chances are that even if you do take the time to walk for 30 minutes per day, you will only be able to maintain your current weight whether you cut back on your calorie intake or not. So, you will need to find the time to walk more or cut back seriously on your calorie intake which is not something I would really recommend.
Yes, I do suggest you try to maintain a calorie intake of 1200-1600 calories per day but keep in mind that walking for 30 minutes even at a very fast pace will only burn approximates 100 calories. What you really need is a fat burning workout that will burn the most calories in less than 30 minutes per day but is there such a thing.

Walking And Weight Loss Does It Really Work?
When you want to lose weight and burn fat, how do walking and weight loss really add up? While walking is probably the best fat burning exercise, it is also somewhat of a slow process. So you need to combine several work out routines together that will include cardio, which is where walking and weight loss come together, but you should also take the time to do some strength training to help build your muscle.Building muscle will help to increase your metabolism and when you have more muscle you will begin to burn fat much more quickly.
Don't worry if you see a slight gain in weight when you first start your work out routines because muscle actually weighs more than fat so in the beginning it is not uncommon to gain a few pounds before you actually begin to see the walking and weight loss routines begin to work.
If you take the time to build up your muscle and your walking routine, you will begin to see results but it can be a slow process. Unless you are willing to walk at a fairly moderate pace for at least an hour every day, it can take quite some time to begin to see any weight loss. However, if you really want the fastest results and you have the time, you can begin to see results in as little as 7-10 days when you walk for at least an hour and you pick up the dumbbells for at least 20-30 minutes 3-5 times per week.
How hard are you willing to work? That is going to determine whether your work out routines are going to help you to lose weight and burn the fat off. Remember also that you will need to continue to walk after you have lost the weight and burned some of the fat off.
As I said earlier though, one of the reasons that walking is the best fat burning excercise is because it will burn fat from every part of your body and while most of us focus on trying to get rid of stomach fat, the fact is that if you really have a problem with belly fat, you most likely have some fat in other areas of your body.
Walking can be fun but it may take some time to get into a good routine. However, if you begin walking daily or at least 5-6 times per week, you will begin to feel better and it will soon be something you actually look forward to. Take the time when you are walking to notice things around you and enjoy your self. It really is a beautiful world out there and walking can be a great way to get your self outdoors so you can really begin to appreciate the world around you.

Don't Have Time To Walk For An Hour Or More Every Day?
I have to say I really do enjoy walking with my dogs almost every day but the simple fact is that there are days when I come home from work and it's all I can do to take them out for a 10 minute walk and sometimes not at all. I know that's terrible but being a waitress, I am on my feet all day and every once in a while I just don't make myself do it.Not to mention that right now it's just getting to be too cold out to walk for an hour, no matter how much I enjoy it. So, what is the answer to still being able to losing fat in the shortest amount of time possible?
How would you feel and would you even believe me if I told you I have found something that can help you lose up to 26 in as little as 49 days. This is the most fun I have ever had when it comes to trying to lose weight and the best part is that it actually works unlike my not so routine walking of my dogs.
Don't get me wrong, I still love to walk my dogs but the fact is that I might lose 3-5 pounds one week and just seem to gain it back in a day or two if I walk for less than an hour. My point here is that unless you are totally committed to walking everyday, it just won't work.
To make this already long story short, I found a way of burning the fat and losing the weight more quickly than I ever have (unless I go on a 2 day starvation diet which does actually work but only until I start eating again and for some reason I find that I always seem to go back to the eating thing. haha) any way this really is a great way to burn fat and keep it off.
Still the reality is, if you're looking for a magical box that's suddenly going to melt away the fat with out any effort on your part - then I'm sorry to tell you, that it doesn't exist. But you probably already knew that. So, after trying pretty much every weight loss guide, every diet pill and anything else that promised you the moon but only gave you nothing , I can only recommend the next best thing

It's not quite a magic box, but it's pretty damn close. Of all the fat loss pills and lose weight dvd's I've PERSONALLY tried and tested, (because I can't think of anything I haven't tried) this one stood out way ahead of the pack. It covers pretty much all the bases we've talked about in this article, and if you're looking for a "one stop solution" for burning the fat as quickly as possible, then I highly recommend you
