~*~He is Everything, Come Meet Him, Accept Him, Know Him!~*~
"My Child, Did you think that I didn't hear you when you cried out to Me in your time of need? Truly, I did hear you. If I hear the final cry of every sparrow that falls in death, would I not hear you? "Did you wonder if I was listening when you prayed to Me for an answer to the troubles that weighed you down? Indeed, I was listening. If I listen intently for the very heartbeat of every baby conceived in the womb, would I not listen when that child prays? I listened, and I remember precisely the instant that your heart took it's first beat; the moment that you took your first gasping breath upon leaving the security of your mother's womb; the contented sigh of relief at your first belly full of warm milk. And, though you've grown up, I still listen for every word spoken in My direction. "Do you think that I don't know when problems come into your life? I know everything there is to know about you! Even the very hairs of your head are numbered! I've watched you daily, from those first tentative steps and groping words to your very first love; and I was there, cheering you on, though you never knew it. "Did you think that I was unconcerned because you didn't receive an instantaneous answer to your prayer? My dear child, I am more concerned for you than you will ever know. If I were not, would I have sent my son to earth in the flesh and allowed your kind to mock Him, spit on Him, beat Him, and nail Him up on a cross for all to see? He gave His life for You! He poured out His very life's blood in order to pay a price for your life, and to set you free.! Would I have done that if I was unconcerned? "Or did you accept the devil's lie that I didn't even exist? Can you really believe his lies when the very magnitude and complexity of the universe bears witness to the unquestionable fact that they are My handiwork? When everything that you can see and not see is a work of My perfection, delicately balanced and timed, from the spiraling galaxies to the spinning atoms? Is it possible to comprehend such an intricate work and say, "There is no God"? "Take a good look at yourself! You are the very epitome of My work! You are My greatest creation! A one-of-a-kind human being. Of the seventy billion humans that have lived and walked this planet, there has been no other exactly like you. I created you perfect! I created you with a hundred million receptors in your eyes so that you could see the beauty around you; I created you with twenty-four thousand vibrating fibers in your inner ears to hear the softest whisper of the wind; I designed five hundred muscles, two hundred bones, and seven miles of nerve fibers, all wrapped in a renewable, nearly indestructible layer of skin and tissue. I gave you a heart that pulses hour after hour, day after day, thirty-six million beats a year, pumping blood through more than ninety-six thousand miles of veins and arteries to give your body life and keep it free of disease; and I gave you a brain that is the most complex organ in all of the universe, made up of one-hundred-trillion cells and crisscrossed with twenty-five billion nerve cells to help you retain the minutest memory; and I equipped your body with four million pain-sensitive structures, five hundred thousand touch detectors, and over two hundred thousand temperature detectors! And then, to top it all off, I gave you the ability to reason, to dream, to imagine, and to speak; things that no other of My creatures can do. And, as a final touch, after creating that magnificent body that you live in, I created the real you, the inner you, the spirit that I created in My likeness, and I breathed you into your body at the instant of birth. "And you were connected to Me then, but you never knew it. Deep inside of you you knew, because I planted that knowledge of Me there, but over the years you have allowed the things of the world to choke that knowledge out. In the beginning, however, you were perfect; My greatest creation; molded in My own image. Don't you find it really quite humorous, to think that some could adamantly believe that this all came about by chance or evolution?
Could such a masterpiece have come about simply by chance? "If you can see the truth in this, then how can you think that I didn't hear you? "Behold, I am standing at your heart's door, knocking and asking entrance, but I will not force My will on you. Call to Me now and ask Me to come in; into your heart and your life. Call to Me, for I am listening and waiting even as you read this. I'm only a word away, and if you will invite Me in, I will come in and never will I leave you alone. Give Me your heart and your love and, as I live, saith the Lord, this day you shall be one with Me in Paradise."

I'm not shouting "I am saved"
I'm whispering "I was lost"
That is why I chose this way.

And need someone to be my guide.

No God?
A college student was in a philosophy class, where there was a class discussion about whether or not God exists, The professor had the following logic: "Has anyone in this class heard God?" Nobody spoke. "Has anyone in this class touched God?" Again, nobody spoke. "Has anyone in this class seen God?" When nobody spoke for the third time, he simply stated, "Then there is no God."
The student did not like the sound of this at all, and asked for permission to speak. The professor granted it, and the student stood up and asked the following questions of his classmates:
"Has anyone in this class heard our professor's brain?" Silence. "Has anyone in this class touched our professor's brain?" Absolute silence.
"Has anyone in this class seen our professor's brain?" When nobody in the class dared to speak, the student concluded, "Then, according to our professor's logic, it must be true that our professor has no brain!" Still nothing but Silence throughout the remainder of the class.
My Best Friend...Jesus
Day by day I go to Him,
Sometimes I go in tears.
He gives me strength to meet my trials,
And takes away my fears.
He holds my hand and counsels me,
When I feel despair,
And when I need someone to comfort me,
My Lord is always there.
I know that He is standing by,
As I come in silent prayer.
I feel His arms around me,
And I can feel His loving care.
With Him I put my burdens aside;

*It's Not the Clothes*His name is John. He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans and no shoes. This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college. He is brilliant. Kinda esoteric and very, very bright. He became a Christian while attending college. Across the street from the campus is a well-dressed, very conservative church. They want to develop a ministry to the students, but are not sure how to go about it. One day John decides to go there. He walks in with no shoes, jeans, his T-shirt and wild hair. The service has already started and so John starts down the aisle looking for a seat. The church is completely packed and he can't find a seat. By now people are looking a bit uncomfortable, but no one says anything.
John gets closer and closer and closer to the pulpit and when he realizes there are no seats, he just squats down right on the carpet. (Although perfectly acceptable behavior at a college fellowship, trust me, this had never happened in this church before!) By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in the air is thick. About this time, the minister realizes that from way at the back of the church, a deacon is slowly making his way toward John. Now the deacon is in his eighties, has silver-gray hair, a three-piece suit, and a pocket watch. A godly man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walks with a cane and as he starts walking toward this boy, everyone is saying to themselves, "You can't blame him for what he's going to do. How can you expect a man of his age and of his background to understand some college kid on the floor?" It takes a long time for the man to reach the boy. The church is utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's cane. All eyes are focused on him. You can't even hear anyone breathing. The people are thinking, "The minister can't even preach the sermon until the deacon does what he has to do." And now they see this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With great difficulty he lowers himself and sits down next to John and sits with him so he won't be alone. Everyone chokes up with emotion. When the minister gains control he says, "What I'm about to preach, you will never remember. What you have just seen, you will never forget."
*Barbershop..God Exists*
A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation. They talked about so many things and various subjects: When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said: "I don't believe that God exists." "Why do you say that?" asked the customer. "Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God doesn't exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things." The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an argument. The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and unkempt. The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and he said to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!" "No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside." "Ah, but barbers DO exist! That's what happens when people do not come to me." "Exactly!" affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! That's what happens when people do not go to Him and don't look to Him for help. That's! why there's so much pain and suffering in the world." God loves you :)
Dear Friend, I just had to write to tell you how much I love you and care for you. Yesterday, I saw you walking and laughing with your friends; I hoped that soon you'd want Me to walk along with you, too. So, I painted you a sunset to close your day and whispered a cool breeze to refresh you. I waited; you never called. I just kept on loving you. As I watched you fall asleep last night, I wanted so much to touch you. I spilled moonlight onto your face trickling down your cheeks as so many tears have. You didn't even think of me; I wanted so much to comfort you. The next day I exploded a brilliant sunrise into a glorious morning for you. But you woke up late and rushed off to work-you didn't evennotice. My sky became cloudy and My tears were the rain. I love you! Oh, if you'd only listen. I really love you! I try to say it in the quiet of the green meadow and in the blue sky. The wind whispers My love throughout the treetops and spills it into the vibrant colors of the flowers. I shout it to you in the thunder of the great waterfalls and composed love songs for birds to sing for you. I warm you with the clothing of My sunshine and perfume the air with nature's sweet scent. My love for you is deeper than the ocean and greater than any need in your heart. If you'd only realize how I care. I died just for you. My Dad sends His love. I want you to meet Him. He cares, too. ~*~Who is Christ?~*~
*Who is Christ?*Christ is not Jesus' last name, it means Messiah and Anointed One. That is why He is called Jesus Christ, because he is the Savior of Mankind. Also, God is Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
Gods very nature is love (1John 4:16) And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. [NIV] meaning it does not change, His love is unconditional and perfect. He created you for a love relationship with Himself which is the very purpose of your life. The love relationship can and should be real and personal to you. Gods love is not one sided, He wants you to know Him and worship Him. When you love Him you can trust and put faith in Him.
How do you love God? Well, you can't fool yourself with an artificial love. God's love must be revealed to you (Matthew 11:27) "All things have been committed to me by the Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those whom the Son chooses to reveal him." [NIV], He is the initiator. You must ask Him to show you and give you revelation of His love so that you may love Him for who He is.
Friend, the love of God is goes beyond the days in the Bible, He is active in His creation and longs for you to love Him. If you want God to reveal himself to you, you must love and obey Him.
The problem is that you are condemned for your sin, already found guilty, and you are headed towards destruction (John 15:22) If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. [NIV]. In other words you have sold yourself for your sins. The only hope is in Jesus who became our sin on the cross. If you turn from your sin and receive Jesus through repentance you will have eternal life and be spared from the wrath of God. Are you willing to surrender?
He is more than a safe way out of this world. He is the author of your life and all creation, He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6) Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." [NIV]. The Lord He has a purpose for your life but it does not come into existence until you receive Him (Jeremiah 29:11) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." [NIV]. You need Jesus, His His Holy Spirit and God to Father you. He does not need you at all, but he wants you.
You must pick up your cross and follow Him, this is a very hard sacrifice, but not impossible with God (Luke 1:37) For nothing is impossible with God. [NIV] - It is worth it (Matthew 11:28-30) "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." [NIV]. God died for you so you that might live, notice the word "might" is not "will" because you must know Him and do what He does. (John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." [KJV]
What He Did Jesus Christ is sinless (Hebrews 4:15) For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are - yet was without sin. [NIV]
Betrayed by sinful men. (Matthew 26:45) Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners." [NIV]
Wounded for our offenses and bruised for our infirmities. (Isaiah 53:5) But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. [NIV]
A crown of thorns twisted on His head. (Matthew 27:29) and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand and knelt in front of him and mocked him. "Hail, king of the Jews!" they said. [NIV]
Crucified for anyone who receives. (Romans 1:16) I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. [NIV]
Men can speak to God without being a priest. (Mark 15:38) The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. [NIV]
Defeated death and ressurected. (Luke 24:46) He told them, "This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, [NIV]
Gives his Holy Spirit if you ask. (Luke 11:13) If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!" [NIV]
Became the one name for salvation. (1Timothy 2:5) For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, [NIV]
Salvation in Jesus Christ Read the Bible and seek the face of God with all your heart, then wait patiently for Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you revelations of who Jesus is.
If you seek the Lord sincerely with all your heart, you will find Him, and you will become a new creation with a new heart when you receive Him - your very nature will change.
This is how wonderful and simple the Gospel is to become saved. Your life will change forever and carry into eternity once you believe and pray with all your heart. This isn't an instant formula but a first confession and surrender to God - Then He works in you progressively in your life, sometimes instantly, really however He chooses. God Bless You!!!
