    This is awesome info. At some point a person has to ask themselves what they are doing to themselves and the people they are bringing into their business. If your part timers are going to just be struggling and frustrated because they aren't making the promised payouts, why would they stay with you? Take an unbiased look at your comp plan, will you really reach your financial goal with it? Or is the company earning off your sweat and hard work?
