3. anti-stress support
4. memory
5. cognition and brain support
6. immune system support
7. liver, bones, joints
8. energy production, vision, skin, hair, nails, etc.
Now you have to due your research on multivitamins and primal nutrition , make certain that the vitamins are not synthetic. It's just like going to the grocery store and making sure that orange juice you buy is not from concentrate. Also there are differences between food products and plant derived.
