Self-Help for Reducing Pain through Trigger Point Therapy

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief, Second Edition

Amazon Price: $12.99 (as of 05/29/2012)Buy Now

Fibromyalgia pain is widespread and typically concentrated in the neck, shoulders, arms, and legs. I've found myself "chasing" pain away in one area, only to have it flare in another.

My husband found this book and bought it for me a few years ago. Of all the self-help books I've bought, this one has earned a special place in my heart. It's now my go-to book for every pain, whether mine or my family's. I can't count the number of times that I've been up in the middle of the night, begging for pain relief, and I've found the true source of my pain in this book. If you suffer from pain, you'll understand my statement that this book has been a lifesaver.

It's one of my prized books ... easily accessible for whenever I need to reduce pain. I've recommended it as best book of the year, and frequently recommend it to friends, whether they have Fibro or not.
