Coastal Spirit Chasers - Paranormal investigation team based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. The site has 30K+ forum posts that anyone can look at if they see or think they see ghosts. The boards are now dormant, but it is kept online for reference.

Ghost2Ghost Community - Paranormal research group that investigates many areas different types of paranormal activities. Ghosts, spirits, and EVP are just a few of the many different types of phenomenon they these guys look to tinker with.

Ghosts UK - If you want an online community that has more than just forums, give Ghosts UK a visit. You can share ghost photos and experiences, participate in polls, and catch up on the latest ghost or paranormal news. The forum has almost 60K posts on 6K paranormal topics. There is even a chat feature if you need to speak with someone about seeing a ghost.

One of the things that caught my eye was their information on Ouija boards, Cryptozoology, and ectoplasm. They have more information about other paranormal subjects so go check them out.

Ghoststudy forums - This is the biggest forum online for ghost and paranormal phenomena experiences that I've seen so far. The membership number was sitting at almost 13K members at the time of this writing. Even more impressive is the 267K ghost and paranormal related posts that the members have created.

There is this group of people that investigate the paranormal, everything from Ghosts to UFO's. They call themselves the "NightWatchers Investigators" and the group is open to everyone.

As a group, NightWatchers Investigators go on location to investigate and research paranormal activity. With many members using different methods of detecting and studying paranormal activity, this group seems like a worthy place to check out if you have just seen a ghost.
