Avoid touching face to prevent acne

One of the better ways to prevent acne is to simply avoid touching your face altogether.

Touching your face
1. Increases your facial oils.
2. Irritates your skin.
3. Worsens current acne breakouts.

Instead of touching your face.
I realize that some people may have a major face touching problem. They like to rest their hands on their face in school. The like to pick at their face. They like to have loved ones touch their face.

3 tips that will help prevent you from touching your face.
1. Get more sleep - The #1 reason people touch their face is because they're tired. By getting more sleep, you'll be less tired and more likely to not touch your face.

2. Hand on head instead - Instead of resting your hands on your cheeks, press them up against your head instead.

3. Get up and walk around - If you're that tired, try to take a break and walk it off. Get something to drink and sit back down.
