What are Other Exercises to Get Rid of Love Handles?
So we know that we have to exercise to get rid of love handles.The best way to get rid of love handles isn't always necessarily an overall attempt for everyone because some people simply have a hard time losing love handles.
Now you may be one of those people who is health already, but just can't seem to be able to get rid of the love handles anyways.
The fact is that it's most likely attributed to your genes, and that's just where the women in your family like to store their fat, so it's just a tough spot for you. But you can still do it, don't worry.
You'll do it with more specific exercises that target these areas.
But first I want to mention one thing.
It's important that you do an overall muscle gaining workout as well if you want to not only get rid of or reduce the love handles, but also keep them off.
This is because the more muscle that you have, the more fat that your body naturally burns and the quicker that you do it.
You can say basically that your muscles are natural fat burners, so the more you have, the harder it's going to be for your body to store that fat in the usual old places like the hips and obloquies.
3 Specific Exercises to Target Love Handles
Exercise #1: Standing Trunk TwistsThe first exercise that you'll want to do to target the love handles is the Standing Trunk Twists
One good thing about this exercise is that it's actually going to help you burn some calories as well, therefore burning off the fat.
First... you'll want to begin with your feet approximately a foot apart with your knees relaxed.
Next twist your torso toward the left while keeping your legs and hips as steady as you can. As you twist to the left, throw your right arm in front of your body in a punching motion.
Now twist back to the right, and again cross your left arm over your body in a punching motion the same as you did on the other side.
Try to get to 100 reps. It really shouldn't be too hard.

Exercise #2: Twist Crunches
First you'll want to be lying on your back with your knees bent.
Next, simply lift your head up and put your hands behind your head, but don't lock your fingers together.
Then, you'll twist to the right and bring your left elbow to your right knee, while at the same time extending your left leg out.
Lastly, do the opposite side by twisting back to the left bringing your right elbow to your left knee, while again extending your right leg out.
Do this about 25 times if possible. The more the merrier and the quicker you'll get rid of those love handles.

Exercise #3: Leg Flutters
First start by lying on your stomach, and then lift your head up... slightly arching your back. Your arms can either be kept straight out at your sides or bent with your elbows resting beside you.
Now just lift your feet and knees off the floor and flutter your legs rapidly back and forth.
Keep doing this for 20 seconds or so...then... take a quick 20 second break and then do it again.
