How to Do This Exercise

Mason TwistBe prepared, this exercises will train you to the point that it seems like your body won't go on anymore. You'll feel like you can't get up. First, here is a written instruction on how to do the exercise then a tutorial.

Here's how to do it:

1. Take a mat or towel, and lay it on the floor and then sit on it. Sit up right and bring your knees in toward your chest.

2. Interlock your hands and fingers in the center between your knees. After you've done this, lift your legs off the floor and keep them elevated. Make sure your back is not on the floor when you do this, you must have balance.

3. With interlocked hands and your legs elevated, bring both hands that are held together on both sides of the body in alternate motions. Do 20 reps on one side of the body and 20 on the left side.

This really is the best workout to get ripped, and it is very strenuous. As tough as it is it can be mastered.
