    Interesting lens...my cousin in Austria is a homeopathic doctor and got me started on Infludo and have taken it since 1980, I have not had the flu since then...interesting about Edelweiss, when I lived in Bavaria it was illegal to pick Edelwiess and now I see it has benefits, interesting.

    I didn't know salt lamps had beneficial properties, I just thought they were decorative! I'm a big believer in vitamins and supplementing the body's natural immune system, perhaps it's time to take a closer look at aromatherapy and other alternative health and healing options.

    Great tips. I've tried acupuncture but it didn't make too big of a difference for me. My friend tried acupuncture and swears by it. So different results for different people!

    Great collection of home remedies. My favorite is safflower oil - 1T/3-times/day to cure excema - (or however you spell the peeling bloody skin disease on hands).

    I usually try natural medicines before anything else. So many drugs these days have side effects, or even worse have effects that we don't yet know about.

    I prefer to try the natural method/medicines before going to full-fledge pharmaceuticals. A blend of knowledge and therapies from medical practitioners seems to make most sense for me. Who needs a lot of antibiotics that just cause problems later on?

    I am all for natural cures instead of all the stuff they feed you with the pills and creams that could do more harm to you than good. I love the salt lamp, I am very intrigued but that, and would like to check it out.

    Hi Mary, I came across your lens...Really Cool :-) Snoring is a bigger issue in relationships than what many of my friends and experts had originally thought. Snoring is a real problem that at times can separate a couple within their own home and eventually break up a marriage or relationship without really knowing that snoring was the original underlying culprit.     I thought there are plenty of chemicals around and why not to cure acne naturally permanently? Nice lens, I gave it 5 stars and it is worth every one of them.
