    Excellent lens. Your tips are great, ever since I've driven at the speed limit and cut back on gunning it my fuel use has dropped dramatically. Thanks for sharing all of this information, 5*.

    I may just have to try this. I have a 1992 Toyota Celica GT that gets good gas mileage as it is, but could always be made better. Thanks for all the info.

    Good technology idea for cutting gas prices.Thanks for sharing with all. Gas prices are controlled as unforeseen events. Also you can do your best bit- combat the rising gas prices by choosing a good Insurancescheme for your automobile!

    I've never heard of the halo spark plug. I've seen the ones with four prongs though. I'll have to look into these.

    Also, thanks for all the great fuel saving tips! Very helpful.

    It would take me a month to read all the articles and other great information you have on this very broad topic, so I'm cut to the chase and told people buying the halo spark plug would help right away. On my site, I lead off with what people need to know right away too. I have many of the different gas mileage calculators people can use to tell them what they need to know to start improving their gas mileage and saving money at the pump. I have calculators that tell you what that road trip will cost, how to convert your mileage from the old EPA numbers to the new EPA mpg ratings and calculators you can do by hand or one that you plug in to your dash that tracks everything for you.     I find your lens very useful in this time where everyone is complaining about the rise in gas prices and the ridiculously high levels of emissions our cars release. We seriously need more people like you to help make this world a better and greener place.

    How would that Halo spark plug work in my SLK-230 Kompressor? I'm not sure what the Mercedes-Benz type of spark plug is with regards to gas-efficiency technology -- I do know that I probably need a tune-up and could consider such spark plugs if they would be a good choice. Terrific lens that I need to send to my hubby!

    Very focused and well put-together lens, 5 stars. If you don't know about this already, you might want to also look into work by M.I.T. and ArvinMeritor into the Plasma Fuel Reformer, or plasmatron. It uses electrical plasma to combust diesel or gas fuel more cleanly.

    I just might need to try these out on my 17mpg gas guzzler. Good info here. You know, you can probably take your last section, "10 Sure-Fire Ways to Increase Gas Mileage" and make it into it's own lens. You got some good tips there!
