Let's talk today about some of the main benefits of online trading from home. For me, one of the best things that Trading allows me to do is to finally be free from the rat race. No more daily commute, waiting on freezing cold overcrowded platforms for trains that are often late, and then packed when they finally turn up.
No more having to work with people you don't particularly like, or for a boss you can't stand. No more meaningless meetings or pointless tasks that would be insulting to give to even a trained monkey.
Provided you get the right infrastructure in place, you can trade from almost anywhere these days. Personally, I live out in the countryside far away from any major cities, with just my two lovely cats to keep me company. I can wake up whenever I wish and trade if I want to, or just elect to have a day off. Nobody to tell me that I can't, or to force my nose to the grindstone.

With Trading, YOU get to decide exactlly what you want to do, when you want to do it, and also how often. What other job or career can offer you that? Also with Trading, your potential earnings are unlimited; or rather, limited only to your skill, your courage and your knowledge - all of which can be improved.
Compare that to even the best traditional day job or "career", where no matter how high your skill and knowledge, your upside earning are usually going to hit a ceiling sooner or later, even if that ceiling seems pretty high to begin with.
In online trading, you are your own person and you don't have to listen to anybody but yourself if you don't wish to. Indeed, independence of mind is actually an advantage. Hence, if you are not a team player by nature, that will not be a problem.
You can decide on the type of trading that you wish to do. Do you want to be constantly involved and getting a lot of action? Then day trading would suit you perfectly. Are you more mathematically inclined, and like to analyze complex probabilities and strategies? Then you would love option trading. Are you looking for the longer term, and wish to invest your savings for longer term apprecation?
In that case, you would want to take the more investment oriented approach. Alternatively, you can take a combination of these approaches for maximum effect. Hence, whoever you are and whatever your temperament, there is a trading style that will suit you. Part of the key to successful trading is to determine that personal style and stick to it. In that way, you will be doing what you enjoy most of the time.
Again, compare that to a traditional job and the difference is obvious. Much of the time, you are doing what you do NOT want to particularly do, simply because someone else tells you to. With online trading, almost everything is a valuable learning experience. By contrast in a traditional job, much of what you do (routine tasks, meaningless meetings etc.) contribute nothing to your store of useful experience, and simply eat away at your life.
In conclusion, it is plain that Trading offer a wonderful life as well as a great way to earn a living.

- as a fellow day trader this is a nice lens...I'd hate to work a regular job when I can trade my heart out in my jeans and t-shirt. Keep up the good work!
