Biarritz
Simply my best town on earth.
Biarritz is located in the Pyrénées-Atlantique department in France. Close to the Spanish border. Part of the French Basque Country (Labourd).
My favorite place is the Miramar beach, the place where I've passed my childhood holidays and where I come back as often as I can. My family house is very close to it. Miramar beach is protected by the "Roche Percée" or "Roche Ronde" as some call it. A wonderful piece of rock (see photo).

Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque
Rugby Union Team
Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque (BOPB) is the French professional rugby union team based in Biarritz.The team in the French Top 14 and in the European Heineken Cup.
Home matches are played at the Parc des Sports Aguiléra, a multi-use stadium in Biarritz with a capacity of around 13,500 people.
Biarritz play in red and white colours. Biarritz won a number of major honors, including the French championship on five occasions.
