A few hours before creating this lens, I didn't know what Bible Codes were, much less that Bible Codes pertaining to 2012 have been discovered. I was poking around a bit in cyberspace trying to learn something about the Mayan calendar end times of 2012, trying to decide if this was something I should be concerned about or not.
What I found was that the Mayan prophecy is collaborated by many other sources, including codes hidden within the Torah.
The info here may seem simplistic to those already versed in the codes, but for newbies like me, consider this a starting point for investigating and understanding the Bible Codes and 2012.

Though I'm sure this is a moot point for those of strong faith, I'm approaching this question from a survival point of view. After all, I found Bible Code 2012 while researching the Mayan prophecy of 2012, which designates December 21, 2012 as the day the world will end. I guess I expected to find a lot of hype and perhaps some kind of cult movement. . .
What I found was not one, not two, but many divergent religions, civilizations, and men of wisdom through the ages who seemed to believe that we are headed to a massive earth changing event in 2012, along with enough modern scientific evidence supporting this possibility that it all seems very, very plausible.
What I find most striking is that the Mayan calendar and the Torah both contain the same information. How did two such different sources get the same data? If nothing else gives you pause, this should.
