The G 12 was founded by Cesar Castellanos and the Big Church follows this doctrine. The G 12 Vision follows the example of Jesus who trained the 12 disciples in the Christian Faith. (G 12 Vision -- Wikipedia). This movement is all about formation and multiplication.

G 12 Churches are divided into groups of 12 known as cells. When you first join a cell you will take the Encounter Weekend and than take leadership workshops. After you finish the leadership workshops, you will form your own cell group of 12. Once you have your own group, you will be teaching these 12 people how to become leaders and the church will grow.

More people = More money for the Church.

The Ladder of success is based on the G 12 Vision. There are four main steps in this ladder

1. Win:

Become Born again. This first step means you have accepted Jesus as your personal Saviour and the brainwashing process shall begin.

2: Consolidate

The Second step includes the Pre Encounter Workshop , Encounter Weekend and Post Encounter Workshop

3: Disciple:

In the third step, you will take the School of Leaders Workshops and open your own cell group.

4: Send

Once you opened your own cell, you will take on your own group of 12 people through the same process of Brainwashing.

If you have been on an encounter weekend or not. Once you throw away your $120 - $150 Smackers, you will undergo the Pre Encounter Workshop. This is the first series of four workshops that will eat up your personal time.

The Encounter Weekend takes place at a retreat facility situated away from life's distractions like city noise, your parents, friends, etc. You will meet at the church on the Friday afternoon and than taken to the facility for the weekend. Over the weekend you will undergo the Cross Session, The Burning of your Sins and many more Brainwashing Tactics. There has been some supernatural occurrences on Encounter weekend like vomiting, crying, and other weird stuff.

In this Ritual, your leader will give you a check list and you must check off all the sins you have committed in your lifetime. The Catch is you must list off sins you have committed even though they have already been forgiven by the lord. When

After you have written off all your sins, you will show the paper to the leader and than throw it into the fireplace.

Leaving the Big Church is a good thing. While you are a member of the Big Church, your church activities will presidence over work and family. If you are a Cell leader, you may have to attend a church function 6 - 7 days of the week. Cell leaders have a to attend their leadership cell, revival meetings, Sunday Service, and lead a cell on another day of the week.

What happens if you miss service, cell, or other meeting due to work or family functions?

Big Church will call you and remind you that your service to GOD is more important than your job. Is your job more important than church? If so, it's your only source of income. If your cell leader is bugging you to take work off, it's best to ignore him and go to work anyway or do your other favorite activities.

Can you listen to non christian music if you have a leadership role in the church?

If you are on the worship Team, if you are caught listening to AC/DC, Marylin Manson, or The Beatles, you may get booted off the worship team. If it's your first offense, you may get a warning.

How does the Church monitor what you do in your spare time?

Where has all the time gone?

I got out of the Big Church at the right time. If I stayed there and attended an Encounter, It will be harder to leave.

What happens if you leave Big Church when you are a Cell Leader?

Your leaders may tell you that if you do not attend church, you may go to Hell in a Hand Basket.
