So you want to know how to build big arms fast.Before I tell you how to build bigger biceps fast let first tell you I use to have skinny boney arms.Most people don't belive me when I say tha because I have preety sizeable arms now,mind not body builder big,but big compared to the average guy.Now I also need to say any type of arm training that you do can build some muscle slowly.But you want big bicep as quickly as possible you are going to have to give peak contraction static reps a real go.The training is rather simple in its concept, but the results are any but simple. Wide grip chin ups (weighted prefered) are good,hard to do though.Heavy barbell rows also good,and of course the good old deadlift!I know what your saying to yourself,but that a back workout!Yes it is ,but if get a big back using this routine you are sure as day going to grow your biceps muscles ! This muscle mass training is as simple as it is inovatedThe basic principle is to take a weight that is much heavier than that muscle is use to lifitng ,bring it up to the muscles fully contracted position and hold that position for 5 seconds,if you can hold it longer you need to add more weight.One or two reps is all you will need with type of training and definately not more than 3 reps per muscle group.
So lets say you choose to do a barbell curl for your peak contraction static rep,you would first have to know what your one rep max is,now after you have your obne rep max for a barbbell curl you need to add 30 -50 percent more weight on the bar.Have some one help you get the barbell up to the where your biceps are holding the weight where your biceps are completely contracted,have the person lean forward slightly and have the person let go of the weight and hold the position for 5 seconds,if you can hold there longer the weight is to light.That is a static rep,simple!But you can use on other excersizes .

If you want really big musculat arms you need to use static reps peak contraction training system.
You need to use as much weight as possible while holding the weight in the nearly fully flexed position ,hold it for about 5 seconds and bring it down slowly to get the negative rep affect also.
You need to lift the weight in the strongest position so you can handle the maximum weight possible to over load the bicep muscle.
The same goes for the trricep muscles of the arm.If you want really huge arms you need to develope the tricep muscles ot its fullest because it makes up about 2 3rds of your arm size.Now you may think the tricep push down is the best excersize to use for a static rep,but this is not the case(you can use it for a static rep)
but for the best results use the close grip bench press for maximum results and to build big arms fast!
