Color has the power to evoke so many emotions and blue is in the top three---a universal primary color, primordial and pristine. It's part of our physical world, in nature, in our atmosphere, but it's also a color beyond us, beyond our reach. This sets it apart and gives it special meaning.

Inspiration can come from anywhere, and often from the place you'd least expect. The work presented here is part of an ongoing series in 'blue'. Please visit my website for additional work.

Drawing and creating have always been either a pass time or an occupation for me. After studying Fine Arts, I continued my studies in Architecture where I learned even more about the process of creating and communicating ideas graphically. The communion of art and architecture has lead me to the graphic arts and illustration. I enjoy the exploration of different techniques and media such as collage making, drawing, computer illustration and photography. You can view more of my work on my website bigbluestudio.com.
