- Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society
- The Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society (AABTS) organizes group day trips for road and mountain bike enthusiasts. The society also plans out-of-state tours and publishes a bimonthly ride calendar and a newsletter. There is no charge for nonmembers to participate in individual rides.
- Ann Arbor Velo Club
- Twice voted the United States Cycling Federation Club of the Year, the Ann Arbor Velo has rides for various levels as well as boasting Michigan's largest racing club roster.
- Tri-City Cyclists
- The Tri-City Cyclists is comprised of 375 members from the cities and surrounding areas of Bay City, Saginaw, and Midland, Michigan. They promote educational and recreational cycling as well as "race-level" cycling through the TCC race teams. Rides that provide an opportunity for bicyclists of all ages and abilities to ride together and to enjoy a wide range of cycling experiences. New club members welcome.
- Battle Creek Bicycle Club
- Regular rides as well as the annual Cereal City Century in Battle Creek.
- Berrien Bicycle Club
- This small club is located Berrien Springs, 10 miles east of St. Joseph, and about 20 miles north of the Indiana border. All of club rides leave out of the Andrews University main parking lot.
- North Country Bicycle Club
- Bike club based in Boyne City and serving Charlevoix, Antrim, Emmet and other Northern Michigan counties. Provides weekly rides as well as support for the Ride the Charx event around Lake Charlevoix.
- Flying Rhino Cycling Club
- Based in Clarkston, the Flying Rhino Cycling Club coordinates several touring and racing events through the northern part of Oakland county.
- Cycling Saddlemen Bicycling Club
