What does Kaleidico do?
Our current product focus is icoSales, which is the leading lead management system. Lead management is an emerging concept that connects multiple marketing and lead generation channels to sales and ultimately the ongoing management of a customer relationship.An illustrative vignette would be a mortgage, insurance, health care, auto, education, or outsourced call center sales operation that wants to receive and distribute customer leads in real time to the best sales person. icoSales enables that real time receipt and distribution.
Having received and distributed the lead, icoSales enforces a disciplined sales process that accelerates sales velocity, provides detailed accountability, and increases over all production.
Finally, once icoSales has facilitated the acquisition of the new customer that customer is automatically sent to the fulfillment process and customer relationship management system for ongoing servicing.
Our overall vision at Kaleidico is to facilitate solutions that improve customer experiences and acquisition.
