A very nice introduction to binaural beats. A few weeks ago I read an unexplainable store review and now I'm totally convinced of the benefits of those beats!

I am overawed with this lens, the music video quality is very high and I am now enjoying these binural beat patterns to bring harmony and structure into my daily life. This is good stuff!

Instead of using binaural beats, try isochronic tones - an improved technology which makes your desired effect more efficient to reach. You can learn more at www.rhythmheal.com
