1. Binaural Zen - This program is $69 and offers 5 CDs as a 5 step program to "reach deep levels of meditation to eliminate stress and live a happier and stress free life." Each CD is about 3 minutes and the program takes anywhere from 5 weeks to 20 weeks depending on how fast or slow your body responds.

2. Binaural Chakras - This program is $59 and offers 7 CDs as a 7 step program that focuses specifically on balancing your chakras. The page also shows each chakra and what can happen if they are not balanced. Each CD is 59 minutes and you move at your own pace.
