Black History Bingo Game
What a great way to learn more about famous African Americans and the struggle of African Americans for equality in the United States. Our Black History Bingo Game contains more than just pictures. There are pictures and names of famous or influential African Americans, but there are also important court cases and pieces of legislation, as well as questions that are designed to expand the knowledge of children or adults who play this game. There are quotes by famous African Americans and even a few questions that are just for fun. The game can be used as a quiz (squares can only be covered if the player can correctly answer the question, etc.) or as a launching pad for a discussion about the calling piece that is drawn. It's up to your choice. African American Success Stories Bingo Games and Flashcards
Black History Flashcards
Don't have enough time to play the Black History Bingo game? Here is another option. Use our Black History Flashcards! Use these Black History flashcards in the classroom, as diversity activity or diversity moment at a corporate meeting, or at Black History Month or Kwanzaa celebration! They are the same questions and answers contained in the Black History Bingo game. They emphasize diversity, tolerance, inclusion, and respect. These cards are great to use at a meeting or in the classroom. You can use one card, for a diversity moment, or a diversity activity, or you can use the whole set. Kwanzaa Bingo
Although it's not specifically about Black History Month, you might also like to know about my Kwanzaa Bingo game. The Kwanzaa Bingo game can be used in several settings. Of course, it is a wonderful game to play during the 7 days of Kwanzaa. What a better way to spend time with friends and family, while at the same time discussing the importance of the holiday. But the Kwanzaa Bingo game can be used for another purpose as well. I learned so much while researching and designing this game! It includes information about the holiday, the Karamu program, words and symbols that are associated with the holiday, what is celebrated on each of the seven days of Kwanzaa and more!
