got biodynamic craniosacral?

Every Body Has a Story

Craniosacral therapy is the single most amazing therapy I've ever experienced. I became a biodynamic craniosacral therapist because the experience of having a session was so unique, deeply resourcing and pain relieving.

Resolution of your most nagging issue could range from the everyday stresses of life to waay back when: birth trauma, car accident, falls, surgeries or being in a war! Being targeted by racism is also extremely traumatic. This work is very gentle and relaxing.

I have seen folks diagnosed with so-called bipolar, etc. really turn a corner and find balance as a result of receiving these gentle but profound treatments.

Food addictions and eating imbalances create shock and trauma storage within the internal organs.

Craniosacral--the Biodynamic Model--can get you back on track again. Yes, you were born to be zestful, intelligent, creative and beautiful. Yes, your "system" remembers even if things have gotten pretty bad.

With a trained expert on resolving shock and trauma, such as myself, sessions can begin to unwind gently the series of events which unfortunately led to the pain you are in. Meanwhile, you've actually coped and responded appropriately and now is the time to alert your own healing intelligence within the brain and spinal cord through gentle non-invasive palpatory skills, that things are okay now and that fight or flight isn't necessary anymore.

A bit about locales and such.

Biodynamic Craniosacral is a little different from the Upledger mechanical model in that it has retained its mystical or Buddhist-leaning roots. What I've gleaned is direct from early osteopathic wisdom--though even in Britain much of this "mystery teaching" had to be discreet.

Quantum physics by necessity has wed spirituality.

I'm a practitioner. Trained to contact your system's healing intelligence.

Working with the nervous system and the entire craniosacral system to release shock actually stored there which over time accumulates to harden tissues and stop the free-flow of the deeply nourishing fluid. My hands have been trained to palpate subtle rhythms, places of inertia, and to communicate with the client's system inviting it to rest, repose and re-orient to its original blueprint pattern of wellness.

Most of us modern folks walk around in one state or another of fight-or-flight mode and often, even in sleep at night, don't really drop into a deep parasympathetic state. This, over time contributes to the development of chronic degenerative disease and by now most of us have heard about cortisol overdose. Biodynamic craniosacral really helps with all this!

Best of all, it is very pleasant to have a craniosacral session. If a client has a hard time being still, I often remedy that with some of my signature polarity-deeptissue combo work until the energy drops to a deeper place and we are able to access a holistic shift.

These books are mostly great for practitioners. That would be me! Franklyn Sills is the best!
