Post cycle therapy is a commonly known term throughout the bodybuilding industry. Also known as PCT, this is stage which is used to ease the body back into a natural pattern following a AAS or Pro-hormone course. Synthetic steroids basically replace your body natural out put of the hormone testosterone, which amongst other things is responsible for muscle growth and recovery. At the end of a cycle it is important to use an adequate PCT to boost your natural levels of testosterone back to regular amounts. Failure to do so would lead to lowered testosterone and the attached issues (like Gyno etc).

Biorhythms Androbolix has been used for years as a natural testosterone booster, but is it relevant as a PCT? In this page I will be looking more into this and also revealing the follow up to the original Androbolix, Androbolix 300

Androbolix 300

androbolix 300Androbolix, though advised by certain members of our industry, has never been truly relevant as a PCT. At least not in the UK. The active compound 6-oxo is illegal in the UK, making the Androbolix blend little more than tribulus terrestris, a herb which has been speculated to increase testosterone but has never been proven. Due to the requirements of PCT and the necessity required from the compounds to make them relevant Androbolix could not be considered useful as PCT should the 6-oxo be removed. PCT is important and users should ensure they are adequately covered.

In the coming weeks Biorhythm will release Androbolix 300, the predecessor to the original test booster. It is hoped at this time we will see an improvement on a tribulus formula and see a product which can find relevance again in the UK,

To much disappointment it would appear that Androbolix 300 is going to be simple tribulus blend. I would speculate the reason for the change to be attributed to alterations in the laws on 6-oxo stateside. Regardless, those looking for adequate PCT would be best advised to consider their options.

Suitable alternatives would include blends such as Anabolic Designs Taurotest, Gaspari Viridex Xt and a whole barrage of specifically designs PCTs.
