    Birds book (Prison Break series came to my mind) and binoculars are the best gifts to bird watchers in my opinion

    I'm a little late for a Christmas gift...but still a good, informative thread! Binoculars are a great idea for a "last-minute" gift!

    For many years as a Costa Rica tour guide our customers have enjoyed the exotic assortment of birds found here in Costa Rica. Round trip tickets out of Miami and Atlanta can be found for about $150. So come visit the Central American paradise.
