At present, the impact of the economic crisis is still felt around the globe. Poverty rate increases as the economy falls. Overpopulation is one factor that results to poverty among families. In order to address this issue at hand, the government exerts effort to educate and inform its constituents about the importance and benefits of learning about the different birth control methods which are classified as natural and artificial. Natural method involves that of withdrawal, rhythm and abstinence while artificial contraceptives are those which involve the intervention of science like condoms, intrauterine devices, injectable projectins, diaphragm, cervical cap and birth control pills.
Among the artificial methods, the birth control pills have been the most commonly used by women to prevent pregnancy. Pills are effective and convenient to use. However, it will not protect the user from getting infectious diseases which she may acquire from indiscriminately engaging into sexual activities.
There are also various kinds of pills which have different side effects that may involve skin acne, diarrhea, bleeding, irritability and weight gain. Pills basically contain synthetic hormones that are versions of the natural female sex hormones - estrogen and progesterone. There are many variations of pills that may contain only one or both of the hormones but there is one brand that is popular.
Yasmin or Yaz lawsuit are widely used by women around the world. The brand originated in the United Kingdoms and distributed worldwide. It is an example of the combined contraceptive pills since it contains synthetic versions of both the natural female sexual hormones.
It alters the menstrual period of the woman using it. It tricks the body into thinking that the body has already finished ovulating, thus, resulting for the egg to not ripen or not released from the ovary.
Having a baby is definitely a blessing but if this baby will not be adequately taken cared of and provided for, it is best to avoid getting pregnant. It may not be apparent but responsible parenting can contribute in solving the problem with the economy and alleviate poverty. After all, the family is the foundation of the nation.
