How to Make Bisquick Waffles Like a Pro
Making Bisquick waffles is actually one of the best things that you can do to set an incredible breakfast in front of your family. Not only are these waffles delicious, light, and fluffy, but also they come out crunchier and more flavorful than any other waffle mix. The secret is the Bisquick itself, which is used to make the delicious airy biscuits that America has come to know and love.
Making Bisquick waffles like a pro is as simple as whipping up a batch of these waffles by combining the instant mix, milk, and egg yolks. The secret that pros do not want you to know about is that you need to beat the egg whites separately to get the fluffiest waffles. If you take the time to beat the egg whites until they are stiff, they will add that cloud-like fluffiness to your waffles.
Once the batter is mixed, making the Bisquick waffles is as simple as spooning the batter into your waffle iron and sitting back to let the waffles cook. If you want the best waffles, make sure to wait until the waffle iron light turns off. Many people jump the gun when cooking waffles, which results in the waffles coming out of the iron before they are fully cooked. Letting the waffles toast to completion is the best way to ensure that you have the crunchiest toasted waffles. Once the waffles are done, add the topping of your choice and enjoy.
