- Tried Bistro MD for about 5 weeks, lost 10 lbs. Food tastes great but I just couldn't eat any more Chicken. It got pretty bad. My last week 7 out of 10 meals (lunch & Dinner) were poultry. When I told them I couldn't take any more chicken they sent turkey!
