Links to Information You Simply Must Have!!

Business is all about getting ahead of the curve. It's about knowing more than everyone else. One of the great advantages of the internet is that you can have access to several great thinkers all at once. I find these links to be indespensible.
Cre8asite Forums - How to get your website seen.
This forum is the most information-packed I have ever found for those trying to do business on the internet. Simply a must in this day and age.
Wikipedia - world-famous desktop reference for everything.
This resource never ceases to amaze me. You can find the most interesting and usefull information on this wiki-based encyclopedia.
Duct Tape Marketing - Endless fountain of marketing ideas
John Jantsch's marketing blog is one of the most active I have found. He's like the "Energizer Bunny" of marketing ideas and insight.
B2B Lead Generation Blog
Brian Carroll's blog always seems to have something interesting and insightful to say.

Learn Greatness from any "Great."

You don't have to limit yourself to modeling just the greats in your own field. Expand your horizons. Look to greats in any field for insight and inspiration.

I happen to be a fan of up-and-coming sport "mixed martial arts." What does it have to do with my profession? Absolutely nothing! But that doesn't mean there isn't something to learn from the sport.

I recently watched a grudge match between two old greats of the sport - Don "The Predator" Frye and Ken "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Shamrock. It was an amazing bout.

Shamrock actually broke Frye's ancle in the first round of a scheduled three-round match. Frye didn't so much a wince. He stayed calm, cool and collected. In fact, he ended up winning the match.

His secret? "Never give up."

We've all heard it a thousand times, but to see someone actually LIVE those words is inspiring. If "The Predator" doesn't let a little thing like a broken ankle slow him down, then what excuse do I have for ever giving up?
