What the heck is Bizology?
The Science of Building Thriving Businesses....
I'm Donna Price and I developed Bizology.Biz. I am so excited about this program because it really takes all of the work that I have done over the past five years as a coach, and 20 years as a manager/administrator, with clients and in my own business to build success. Each of the reasons above has been me. I started my business with a passion to be a business owner. Each step along the way has been a learning experience. I made each of these mistakes in some form and learned from each. I know you can learn too, but I want to share my expertise with you.Bizology.Biz continues to evolve and is being prepped right now for full publication. Members can still access the online lessons but the program will be sold as a complete home-study program.

The Four Pillars of Business Success
Is your business built on a strong foundation?
The Four PIllars of Business Success are essential. All are built on a foundation of personal balance. You have to have yourself and your life in order to succeed. That is the balance part. Once you have that foundation built you can build your business up from there. The first pillar is vision and strategy. Vision is your destination, if you are unclear where you are going it is hard to have an effective strategy for getting there. Having a clear and compelling vision helps you to build an effective strategy. The second pillar is marketing. Each business needs to put together a marketing plan that is based on identifying your ideal customer or client and then figuring out where they are. Once you have that you can create marketing strategies that will be on target for connecting with them. Marketing strategies can include your website, networking both online and in person, speaking, referrals, and much more. Once you have a lead generating plan you have to do something with those leads -- follow up. Failure to follow up is probably the number one reason that business owners lose business and leave money sitting on the table.
The third pillar is operations. Having clear operational plan helps your business to run more smoothly -- even if you are a one person operation. It gives you a foundation that sets standards for how you run your business, it improves your quality and service to clients.
The fourth pillar is your services and products. Without good services or products it is hard to have an good business. You should always be looking at these and working on them to make sure they are stellar, but also looking at new services or products, new ways to package them and promote them to your contacts.
Building a business is easy. It's building a business that is thriving that's the challenge. When you are building you need to build on a strong foundation -- think about it, a building built on squishy ground falls apart -- you need to be on solid ground. And then, you need to use good materials for each pillar!! This will be a result that you can love! and that nourishes you instead of zapping all of your energy.
