Our stress management podcast idea was born out of necessity lol and also Debs affinity with this topic having spent some 15 years as a psych nurse in another life :)

First up we have a full body relaxation script podcast with the works, nice background music, and calmly spoken relaxation instructions designed to help you to unwind at the end of a stressful day - you do need to be undisturbed and able to lie down for this one - it is aimed at helping you to relax enough to drift off to sleep or to at least spend some time shedding the day's turmoil and stresses in a peaceful environment that you will create for yourself :)

There is also a podcast containing some stress management tips for dealing with stress while in the stressful situations, helping you to develop assertive responses rather than letting the stress build until you feel the need to burst.

Our first featured artist is author Naya Lionsong.

We are thrilled to have an interview with Naya (her first), about her new book Shadow Stalkers which is due for publication late 2009 / early 2010.

The interview probes for more info about her latest offering which Debs has had the pleasure of reading so far and can't wait to by the finished novel by the way :) Naya also talks a little about herself, what gave her the idea for the book and how she develops her characters.
