Not only can you get the White Pearl from Amazon, they now have the Red Pearl, the new gorgeous Ruby Red Pearl, and now the Sapphire Pearl.
It's small and thin, the sound quality is great, the ringer is loud enough, and the screen is very clear. The QWERTY keyboard is tiny but the predictive text technology, called SureType, works great and improves over time with recognition of frequently used words.
Mine is awesome! I've had it since December, and the only area that isn't tops is the speakerphone. LOVE the voice command feature. All my friends and family have been assigned their individual ringtones.

The plan I purchased from T-Mobile is great - 1,000 minutes, unlimited evening and weekends, long distance, etc. for $50.Basic Blackberry service is an additional $20.
Get equipment insurance for $6/month. Be aware you have to purchase insurance within 14 days of activation.

Wow - I guess I like my Blackberry too much. My last phone bill was $300!! Good thing T-Mobile offers the 5 favorite people deal. It's well worth it for an extra $10.If you discover you've gone over your minutes during the month, you can call T-Mobile and temporarily upgrade to the next plan so you won't have to pay the extra charges or be phone-less. (See above for getting a live person at T-Mobile.) But once they've billed you they won't back out any charges, so stay on top of those minutes!

Here's the secret!
1. Dial 1-800-284-92912. When you're asked to choose between English & Spanish - don't say or do anything.
3. You will automatically be routed to the dealer line. Say "Customer Care."
4. When you're routed to that line, press 0 on your phone.
Voila - you've reached a human being!
