Musings on mid-life by a multi-talented, multiple-personality English cynic

My (blog) name is Mal; I live in Lancashire, England and fancy myself as a pundit/writer, so here goes nothing!So many things motivate, interest, annoy, frustrate, amuse, reward & annoy me, it's time to spread the word. I like the idea of synergy and sharing my thoughts with the wider/weird world. I welcome your input and hopefully this blog will grow in scope virally.

Initially, I'm likely to chat about humour, news, finance/debt, politics, entertainment (inc. sports, books, movies etc.), life/what's wrong with our world today, travel, health, mid-life crises, consumer issues but we'll see how we go for now.

PS. Although I might sound a miserable 'old git', nothing is further than the truth - I'm actually a confident, fun-loving, happy, charming guy (trust me!) - it just makes better reading to sound cynical & sarcastic!
