Coffee, Coffee and More Coffee

Who knew that the smattering of coffee houses of the 60's that had died out would be reincarnated by an enterprising business mind who saw that coffee houses had been a cultural mainstay throughout Europe for decades and could be an opportunity waiting to happen in the US?
