I am always skeptical about buying information products on the internet, especially when it comes to exercise products. Everybody has a get ripped quick scheme they want to sell you. I can honestly say this is definitely not one of those. This workout routine is hard work. If you are serious about learning how to up your bench press this system if for you.

Blast Your Bench is a no nonsense workout plan. He tells you exactly what workouts to do when. That is all there is to it.
