A Pancake Recipe So Easy, Even I Can Make It!
It's so simple to make because you just dump all the ingredients in the blender and mix!
How Often Do You Make Homemade Pancakes?
The Best Pancake Recipe Ever!
Serves 4
1 egg (or egg substitute)
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
Mix all ingredients in blender for about 30 seconds.
Cook on hot, well oiled griddle.

- I love pancakes, use egg beaters instead of eggs, barley flour and oat flour instead of wheat flour, and never follow a recipe. So, the quality of pancakes is "uneven" to say the least. But I top them with berries and whipped nonfat milk topping....so they always taste pretty good. Standing these pancakes on edge and rolling them to my Laftovers lens. Oh....that pink zebra business card isn't mine in my biz card lens isn't mine. Only about 25% of those cards are actually mine. Thanks for stopping by!
