Squidoo Angel arncyn's Blessing Lensography (January-March 2010)

Ranked #4,529 in Squidoo Community, #324,395 overall

Cynthia's Squidoo Angel Diary for the first quarter of 2010

I love being a SquidAngel. Blessing lenses that rise above everything else and encouraging lensmasters who build them give me such an amazing high. Not only am I ensuring that quality is maintained in the community - I'm also giving back to the retired Squidoo Angels who have blessed my lenses in the past by paying it forward!

It would be wonderful to be able to chronicle each step I take and list the best Squidoo lenses i have come across so I will try to do that on this lens and on future lenses I will build for each month that I will serve as an angel on Squidoo.

If you want to learn what makes a bless-worthy lens in my humble opinion, please check my main Squid Angel lens and my blog Squiddabbling. And of course the best thing to do is check out the lenses I've blessed below so you can see samples of excellent pages.

Spotlight on aid for Haiti after the devastating quake

Featured lenses that offer ways to help the people of Haiti

On January 12, 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti which caused major damage to their capital Port-au-Prince. Most buildings, hospitals, and major landmarks were significantly damaged, and injured people are walking around homeless. It struck the most populated area of the country and the International Red Cross has stated that as many as 3 million people have been affected. The following are lenses I came across that compile ways to help the people of Haiti, and also lenses that teach us how to prepare for a big earthquake ourselves.
