Praying the blessings upon your property.
Here's some great resources on blessing your property (the land the Lord gives you). Where we live has history, good and bad. The issues with your land, region (or country) need a cleansing and blessing. Cleansing should include being humble, repentance, praying and seeking the voice of God. You may play worship music, take communion or do other things of blessing including anointing oil. It may even take bringing someone (christian) along that can discern what is going on in the spirit. The more the merrier.

There may be a door opening (portals) that are opened by sin sometimes past sin or generational sins. This is about the land not objects within our homes or businesses (although they both should be dealt with), but the issues (sins) that have occurred on the land that you own where you have your home (or business) built. Has any sin occurred that has given the enemy an opening (a foothold)?
"Therefore, laying aside falsehood, SPEAK TRUTH EACH ONE of you WITH HIS NEIGHBOR, for we are members of one another. BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity (foothold / place)" (Ephesians 4:25-27)
"and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Blessing Your Property (Outside Your Home)
Blessing and anointing the outside of the home (the property) is the same way as inside of the home. Go outside and anoint with oil. Bless the main land marks within your properties borders.
If you live in an apartment you won't have to do this, but if you have a small porch or sitting area outside, then bless it also.
If your property is large, walk around the yard surrounding your home that you maintain. As you pray dedicate everything within the boundary lines of your property from corner to corner unto the Lord. You might go out again at different times, such as working in the yard, or out to walk your property, you can take some anointing oil with you and bless it as you go.
With your anointing oil walk the property boundaries (front and back yard) and bless some of the landmarks in that path. Speak out your blessings and read scriputre if you like. Item examples could be a fence post, tree, the garage, telephone pole, storage building etc. Some like to make a boundary stake with written scripture and put them in the ground at the corners or various locations. After walking the property lines, you can now anoint some of the objects/ landmarks that are in the center. You don't have to bless everything, as long as you're at peace.

Bless your country, city, neighborhood, house, property, school, job, county, church and state by carving the Name of GOD into the surrounding trees, rocks/stones. You can carve, paint, create the name of God. Pray to GOD in JESUS Name. This was what the first Christians would do. Invite the Holy Spirit of God in your area. Saying I bless this place in the name of Jesus.
