Are We Made For Bliss?
Why is it that sometimes we still have this feeling of emptiness inside us? Emptiness that can never be replaced by any material things? Does it ever occur to you that maybe true happiness is lacking in your life? or bliss is not present?Bliss starts in our own self. In our own life. We humans have the right to conceive it. It is a gift to us but we can never take hold of this gift unless we know our true self more, accept and open our eyes to new possibilities. Taking care of ourselves, living healthy and harmoniously is one way of helping our system rise. Simply keeping our self alive will surely make us do more, and achieve whatever it is that we dream.
We are driven by a craving for happiness. How to seek the right thing in the right places is our only challenge. We are summoned to rectify, to "verify" ourselves. We need that in order to enlightened out self-interest - and possibly even more...

Too much thinking can sometimes make your life miserable. Worrying about the future and thinking about the past will only add to your wrinkles. Set yourself free and just live day to day.
