Lions, Tigers, and Bears... Oh my?
If you're in the world of the blogosphere and you have a blog (or you frequent many blogs), you may have heard of a blog carnival. Or you may have not! And even if you've heard of one... What the heck is it? Do blog carnivals involve trapese artists, clowns, and lion tamers? No, not at all.
So what is a blog carnival? A blog carnival is a kind of blog community. A blog carnival is basically a series of articles that collect together links to posts on a particular topic. For example, a blog about gardening might have a blog carnival. When other bloggers submit to the carnival, they will submit their links and posts about gardening. When the carnival is published, it will gather all these links together for the public to read! Understand it a little more now?
For more information, please check out the official explanation and FAQ over at the Blog Carnival website.
