A blog (a portmanteau of web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

How 3WayLinks.net works its magic

If you want to rank well in the search engines,
you've come to the right place!



When you become a member of 3WayLinks, the sites you choose to put on our network automatically start gaining high-quality, one-way backlinks from other sites on the network (up to a maximum of 250 links per domain).

As you probably know, all of the major search engines rank sites primarily based on their link popularity. So the more links you have, the better your ranking.

But there's more to ranking well than just that, and we understand exactly what the engines want to see. That's why our network includes all of the following necessary features that you need.

Before we go into all of those features, let me have a very happy customer describe, in his own words, exactly how well 3WayLinks.net has worked for him in a short period of time.

Well, I hardly know where to start. So I'll just give you some straight up stats, and let the stats do the talking.

1. I launched a site in Jan. 2007. A blog, in my root directory.

2. I messed around with the site, building, adding, blogging, and linking for about 6 months. In March, April, and May, I was averaging a measly 500 visitors per month. Sales were very slow. But I didn't know better, so I thought I was doing okay.

3. In June, I joined the team here for 3WL and saw my traffic began to increase.

4. In mid July, I did some serious keyword research, and changed my text links to a medium/low competition for a 3 keyword phrase. When I did this, of course, my site was nowhere to be found for those keywords -- at that time.

5. About a week later I checked my SE position in google and found that I was on page 34 for 66,100,000 results for my #1 keyword phrase, and on page 15 for my #2 keyword, and on page 1 for my #3rd keyword.

Okay, at least Google is ranking me I thought.

6. Each week, I checked my rankings and found that I was slowly but steadily moving up the ladder. Nothing great was happening just YET.

7. Then one day I checked my rankings and I couldn't find my site anywhere! I kept flipping through the pages at Google looking for my ranking, but couldn't find it.

Finally, in desperation I decided to check on the first few pages of Google, and I gasped out loud -- I almost went crazy! (my wife can testify to this)

This was what I found...

For keyword #1: I'm on page two of Google (medium competition)
For keyword #2: I'm on page one of Google (medium/low competition)
For keyword #3: I'm on page one of Google (very low competition)

Before I knew about my high rankings, I couldn't understand why my sales were going crazy, because my market is usually very slow in the summer time. So I checked my site's stats and discovered why.

This is what I found..

Traffic for May: 623 visitors
Traffic for June: 1,722 visitors
Traffic for July: 3,616 visitors

My sales for July were a record high - very understandable!

And this is only a blog...NOT a sales page!

Needless to say, I'm a customer for life!

This is a no brainer. If you do your keyword research and focus on medium/low competition, 3WayLinks will work like a magic charm!

Links Are Not Reciprocal -- They're Three-Way
This is what gives everything else in the 3WayLinks network its power. Sites in the networks do not point directly to each other. They use a 3-way link pattern. So, for sites A, B and C: Site A links to Site B, Site B links to Site C and Site C links back to Site A.

Three way links are seen by search engines as one-way links.
This 3-way link pattern is seen by search engines as a one-way link from A to B, a one-way link from B to C and a one-way link from C to A. Search engines give a lot of weight to one-way links, and therefore the system works (as proven by its track record, which I'll get into more in a minute).

Varied Link Text
You supply 3 link texts to use in the links pointing to your site. The link texts are given 60%, 30% and 10% exposure. This variation is important, since search engines see it as being "natural" linking behavior.

In the past two weeks my website traffic has almost doubled and I don't see that slowing down any but only increasing. I'm impressed and pleased to say the least.

Links Spread Slowly
The network spreads the links slowly over time. All 250 links do not suddenly appear on 250 different sites. Just a few a day, and some days none, averaging about 4 links per day over time. This achieves a full 250 link spread in approximately two months. Nice and slow, very reasonable, very "natural" -- the way the search engines want to see it.

Links Pages Are All Unique
Third, the links pages on the network are all unique. The templates are generated randomly using an algorithm that can generate more than 1,000,000 unique link page formats. This way the links don't all come from pages that appear to be the same, or running on the same system -- search engines want to see this.

The uniqueness is further added to by the header and footer that each site in the network configures, so that their links page looks like their site (or at any rate is different from everybody else's on the network).

Links Come From A Large Variety of IP Addresses (Class C)
Since all of these sites are independently owned by a large number of webmasters, they by nature have a "natural" linking IP pattern (lots of different class C IP addresses). Although I've never seen it definitively proven, the speculation is that search engines want to see lots of different IP addresses, especially class C addresses, where the links are all coming from.

The advantage of using an ad-hoc network of websites owned by thousands of different people is that this is achieved naturally.

Hi Jon, Thank you for such an excellent link and traffic building service. In addition to ranking for my keywords, I wanted to share my increase in Adsense income as a result.

I built a website in a very competitive niche in January of 2007. It's been slowly increasing in income, but averaging about $1 a day.

In the 2 or 3 weeks I've been involved in 3 way links, that Adsense income has increase to an average of about $8 a day and my highest was over $12.

An increase in one way inbound links, plus time equals ranking which increased my traffic which then increased my income. Nice!

Nothing Links Back to 3WayLinks
Also, there are no footprints, links, unique text or any other "thing" that points from the links pages back to the 3WayLinks site. The 3WayLinks site itself does not participate in the link networks.

Link Networks are Kept Small
Each network is limited to 250 links pointing from each site to each site. This keeps the networks "smallish" -- capable of ranking for pretty darn good keywords while still remaining "under the radar."

A Quality Network of Links
More than 60% of sites in the 3WayLinks networks have at least some PageRank (some have quite a lot, as high as PR7). All sites were already indexed in Google before going into the network.

That means that all of the sites already have links pointing to them (and many have quite a few links--enough to give them some PageRank). Also, these sites are not the soul product of some individual, created only for the purpose of linking. No, these are high quality sites created by thousands of individuals.

All Links Verified Daily
All sites participating in the network are checked daily to ensure that the links are still live, and that the links are able to be reached by the search engines. If a site fails this test more than 3 days in a row, the site is pulled from the network and all links to it disabled until the problem is corrected.

Also, if sites get deindexed for any reason, they are pulled from the network and all links to and from the site disabled. This is an automated daily process that constantly ensures network integrity.

Your Sites Never Link To Each Other
If you have multiple sites in the network (and you should), your sites will never link to each other, since the algorithm makes sure that no two sites owned by the same person will ever link to each other. This also makes the network "cleaner".

You probably already cross link your sites, so there's no need for duplication here, and no need for you to lose quality links from another site that you don't own because your own sites are pointing at each other.
