A Blog is basically a website used to make short posts about a predefined subject, and it's related sub topics. The idea behind a blog is a to make short but well informed posts about your chosen topic, weather it be about what you did today, about the latest ipod product, or anything else you could think of. You can just visit one of the two above sites, and create an account, when you do, they have have some simple step by step instructions to follow.
The only problem with using blog hosting company's like the ones above is that they are very limited in what you can, and how you can make it look.
