Using Blogs To promote Affiliates And Increase Your Earning Potential

The trials and tribulations of an experienced blogger. I've been blogging for several years and this lens will show you a snapshot of my experience in this time. Although my blogs are not about making money, over the years I have come across many ways where money can be made online and I will be linking to several of them here.

I've also learned many varied ways that a new blogger can increase their readership as well as ways of encouraging people to comment on their blogs. Some of my posts have well over a hundred comments so I know what I am talking about. But more on those subjects on my up and coming lenses, as this lens is all about making money online.

A word of warning to bloggers who feel that can just whip up a blog that is only their for promoting your affiliates. If you go down this road I'm pretty sure your blog will never really take off, and the only comments you get will be the ones looking for link juice. You are much better off providing quality articles so that you will actually build up a readership of those who want to see you updated content. Only then can you start introducing affiliates that you trust! Don't offer links to crappy sites as this will harm all the hard work you've put into building up a credible reputation.

Making Money On The Net

The Squeeze Page A Necessary tool

These days it's pretty hard surfing the net without landing on a squeeze page. Normally a squeeze page is a single web page with the sole purpose of capturing the surfers email address which is added to their list. This 'list' of email subscribers is highly valued by the internet marketer as it is used to promote their wares to those very same subscribers.

Although said 'squeeze pages' are supposedly highly profitable I have a great dislike for them. I have made this perfectly clear in my post My Spin On The Squeeze Page & Email Lists. I think that it's possible to make money using these specialized landing pages without garnering the prospects email addresses.

Using the the unique feature of the FlexSqueeze theme I've constructed two entirely different landing pages. This one promoting a site that is capitalizing one the fact that 30% of Google and Yahoo searches are people search related.

Then there is the one that I used as a virtual shopping mall. The post depicting the Difference Between Flexibility & Flexsqueeze shows how flexible the Flexsqueeze theme really is.
